Try a wall color on a room we just finished.

Fresh floors make tired walls stand out. Pick a swatch to see the color on this room, then let the same crew paint yours. One contractor, one schedule, one walkthrough.

  • Clean linesCut-in edges at ceilings, trim and baseboard, with floors fully covered.

Real results

Drag the line. Same hallway, same boards.

These red oak floors were sanded to raw wood, then sealed and coated. No new boards, no new subfloor. Refinishing brings back the grain that years of wear and old finish hid.

How a refinish works

Six steps from tired to like-new.

01

Walkthrough

We come to you, measure each room and check for loose, cupped or damaged boards.

02

Prep & protect

Furniture out, doorways taped, plastic up so dust stays in the work area.

03

Sand

Coarse to fine passes with a drum sander and edger to reach clean wood.

04

Repair

Replace damaged boards and fill gaps so the surface reads as one floor.

05

Stain or natural

Pick a color from test patches on your own boards, or keep the natural oak.

06

Coat & cure

Seal plus polyurethane coats in your sheen, then a final walkthrough together.

On the job

Plywood down, planks in, done right.

A floor is only as good as what's under it. On installs we fix the base first: new plywood where it's needed, then the finish floor.

  • Subfloor firstSqueaks, soft spots and uneven areas get fixed before a single plank goes down.
  • Clean job siteTools and offcuts picked up at the end of each day.
  • Owner on the jobEhab is on site and is the person you call.
